Sense and Nonsense in innovation_
Through the exhibition Sense Nonsense at the Van Abbemuseum, Design Academy Eindhoven explores the inevitable relation between sense and nonsense, the interplay of sanity and insanity in innovation, and the role of the ridiculous and the absurd in liberating society and industry from the conventional wisdom that drives it. With work by amongst others Atelier NL, Auger & Loizeau, Maarten Baas, Mandy Roos, Wim T. Schippers, Studio Makkink & Bey, Tomm Velthuis, Marcel Wanders and Thomas de Wolf.
Invited by Thomas Widdershoven, the creative director of Design Academy Eindhoven and Charles Esche, the director of the Van Abbemuseum, Aurelie Hoegy will show her project & installation, Border between Normality and Abnormality, Macguffin lamp.
